The Vision Behind MonteCaro

To me, MonteCaro reflects a life lived with intention. It is the art of serendipity shared with a dog.

I believe happy, accidental discoveries happen when we find the serenity to ‘dip’ into life’s adventures. It is about slowing down to notice the beauty in the mundane.

The Heart Behind MonteCaro

Hi, I am Caroline

Growing up in Austria, I learned to value things built to last. I appreciate items that are practical, intentional, and effortlessly stylish. This European respect for craftsmanship and “slow” living follows me across the globe.

When I moved to Australia, Monte joined my life. As a Mini American Shepherd, he is a “constant thinker” with a big personality. Finding the right essentials for him became my personal mission. I wanted to find products that match his mind and our active lifestyle.

Real Experiences: Warts and All

This blog is where I share our favorite finds as we explore dog-friendly Australia. However, I don’t always get it right. Despite plenty of research, things don’t always go to plan.

 

Sometimes a new trail or cafe doesn’t live up to the hype. Not every discovery makes “THE CUT.” I will share the “warts and all” of our experiences. Whether a place failed or a purchase wasn’t right, I will give you the raw reality every step of the way.
